Each partner has a partner manager as a personal contact person who is responsible for ensuring that you benefit from the partnership in the long term and can increase your revenues.

As a German supplier from the Frankfurt area, it is important to us that both the partner manager and the development team have short distances to our partners. This allows us to respond quickly and easily to individual requirements and to jointly design the events of tomorrow.

How is the commission calculated?

Die Pro­vi­sion wird basie­rend auf dem Umsatz berech­net – ohne ein Maxi­mal­li­mit. Das mini­miert das Risiko sei­tens des Part­ners, und mit jedem zusätz­lich gene­rier­ten Kun­den stei­gen die Ein­nah­men. Für Tech­no­lo­gie­part­ner wird die Pro­vi­sion basie­rend auf der tat­säch­li­chen Nut­zung berechnet.

Billing and payment is made monthly. All income generated by the partner is taken into account. The only exception is the processing fee for payments (if used). This is paid directly to the payment service provider and is therefore not included in the commission agreement. 

Are there any costs associated with the partner program?

The partner program should be easy and risk-free to use. Therefore there are generally no initial costs to be paid by the partner. For Technology Partners, exceptions may be made in individual cases for technology integrations.

Which partner program suits me?

The Solu­tion Part­ner Pro­gram is very well suited for all partners who want to offer their customers the full benefits of the Connfair product portfolio. This includes, for example, event agencies that are responsible for the implementation and planning of large events as well as event organizers that hold several events a year and are looking for a strategic partner for the technological handling of events.

The Tech­no­logy Part­ner Pro­gram is designed for innovative companies and platform providers who want to add the functionality of Connfair products to their products. In addition, there is the possibility to integrate external products into the Connfair event platform in order to increase the target group and make it easier for customers to use different solutions.

The Affi­liate Part­ner Pro­gram is ideally suited for marketing agencies that work with event organizers in the marketing of events, but are not responsible for the overall execution. Here, additional income can be generated without much effort through the partner program. In addition, the affiliate program is very well suited for bloggers, networkers and influencers, who can thus give their community recommendations for a high-quality event platform and participate in the revenues via the program.

What requirements must be met to become a partner?

There are no mandatory requirements to participate in the partner program. Our only requirement is that the cooperation in the partnership is long-term for both the partner and Connfair and that both parties benefit from it.
