You can scan and validate tickets at the entrance, as well as the exit using the entry-app. This allows you to track when a person has been in a particular location. 

The Ticketscan can be done either through the integrated smartphone camera or manually through the ticketlist search function. Turn to an optimized scan flow when needed. This is used to assign devices to one entry or exit at a time. They achieve a very high scan frequency and let visitors in and out quickly.

Upon request, we are also happy to provide rental equipment with highspeed laser scanners and the pre-installed admin app.

Yes. All you need is a list of tickets, preferably in .csv or .xlsx (Excel) format. We will take care of the rest. Export the list through your ticket vendor and send it to us shortly before the event. If there are any changes afterwards, you can cancel tickets using the self-service in the admin tool or create additional tickets manually.

The ticketlist should include at least the first and last name as well as the ticket ID. In addition, other individual fields that are helpful for entry and management can also be imported into the Connfair event platform. This enables personalized entry as well as the possibility of a searching tickets per name in case ticket IDs are unreadable.

If your customers have not yet received a ticket, we will be happy to create and send it to them. In order to communicate centrally with your guests over the Connfair Visitor Communication module, the e-mail address is additionally required as part of the data import on the ticket list.

All data is stored in compliance with DSGVO and personal data is deleted from our servers within four weeks. 

The system is directly ready to use through a cloud-based approach. Create an event in the Connfair admin tool, make all the individual changes you want and you're good to go. You will automatically receive your own event page, specifically for the registration and ticket sale. You can link it to your homepage and on your social media channels.

The admin app can detect both inbound and outbound visitors through the ticketscan. In the app, a statistic is illustrated for you, showing how many tickets have been sold in total, how many attendees are actually present and how many have already left the event. The display of the current occupancy rate through the ticketscan can additionally be made visible for your attendees. This can be done either as an integration on your own homepage or on a monitor at the event entrance.
There are three different scan-flows that you can configure yourself in the app. The scan-flows are each optimized for a specific use case and therefore enable a particularly fast and individual scanning process. 1. Entry and exit with the same device This is the standard case, which is configured initially. The ticket is scanned and the current ticket status is directly synchronized with the Connfair servers. After that, confirm in the app whether the person is entering or leaving the event to make sure that the ticket status matches the person's current presence or lack thereof. 2. The device used only at the entrance In order to achieve a quick entry when there is a large crowd, configure the app specifically for the entrance. An error will then appear if a person with a used, yet unchecked-out ticket tries to enter the venue. You have the option to deactivate the manual confirmation and scan the ticket completely automatically. This way, the entry staff can validate tickets with high speed and will only interact with the app during an error-case. 3. Device used only at the exit The counterpart to the entry configuration is the exit configuration. With this, tickets can be validated at the exit. An error will then appear if a person with a used, yet unchecked-out ticket tries to enter the venue. Here you also have the option to deactivate the manual confirmation and scan the ticket completely automatically. This way, the entry staff can validate tickets with high speed and will only interact with the app during an error-case. All scan-flows include the option, to react with suggested recommendations during a validation error. For example, when leaving an event with an unused ticket, the exit can still be admitted and registered. This applies, for example, to persons or staff who were already on the premises before the start of the event and were therefore not registered at the time of entry. The admin tool is the central web-interface with which you manage and configure the event, the users, as well as the devices. In addition, you can view statistics and analyses in the admin tool. You can create more events and customize them yourself, at all times. More functions include: Setting up ticket categories, contingents and additional Information, as well viewing the current number of sold tickets and live changes to configurations. Furthermore, you can contact ticket owners via email, monitor the current sale figures live, as well as the occupancy rate. You will have access to evaluations of collected data, the ability to add or remove users and their authorizations, as well as customize the configuration for your event.
