Die größte Messe welt­weit im Bereich Con­su­mer Elec­tro­nics bin­det Conn­fair in die Umset­zung ihres Hygie­nekon­zepts ein. Aus dem Port­fo­lio des Besu­cher­ma­nage­ments ver­wen­det die IFA die Per­so­nen­zäh­lung, um die Besu­cher­ströme der Messe zu len­ken. Das trägt zu einer Mini­mie­rung des Infek­ti­ons­ri­si­kos und letzt­end­lich damit zur Umsetz­bar­keit der Messe bei.

 

The Inter­na­tio­nale Funkau­stel­lung (IFA) is the largest trade fair worldwide for consumer and home electronics. Like every year in Berlin, it will take place this year, even despite the coronavirus: From September 03 to 05, 2020, trade visitors can admire the IFA Spe­cial Edi­tion 2020 new and innovative products . As the first larger fair after the relaxation of the Corona measures in Germany now all eyes are directed toward the organization. For this purpose Messe Berlin has set up a hygiene concept aus­ge­ar­bei­tet, durch des­sen Maß­nah­men die Gesund­heit aller Besu­cher sicher­ge­stellt wer­den soll.

In addition to the standard measures, such as mouth-nose covering and cleaning and disinfection recommendations, the number of visitors was drastically reduced. In each exhibition hall only a fixed number of visitors are allowed at once. In order to be able to comply with these requirements, Messe Berlin has set up 32 Connfair Entry-Lights between the many entrances and exits to track the all-time current utilisation. From Wednesday, the Entry-Lights will be on the main and intermediate doors of the four large exhibition halls. The combinable Entry-Lights check that the maximum capacity of each exhibition hall is not exceeded. Thus the minimum distance can be maintained at any time and the risk of infection is minimized.
